April: Think Gardening and Plants- The market provides lots of plant starts to kick start your gardening. Also, we will have Feed Communities at market with great gardening tips and access to the new Tool Library.

May: Don’t forget Mother’s Day May 13th- You’ll find beautiful bouquets to brighter up her day.

  • May 20 – Cooking Local Demo- 9:00 am – 11:00 am
    • Featuring Chef Heather Artripe from Ozark Natural Foods
    • Feed Communities will join us for this event and it’s a great time to learn about one of the local nonprofits fighting hunger in NWA.

June: It’s all about Kids getting out of school and enjoying the summer. Join us June 15th for KID’S DAY & SENIORS DAY at market.

July: Independence Day July 4th is on a Tuesday. Be sure to stop by July 1st at market to stock up. The market is open always rain or shine and on holidays.

August: It’s NATIONAL FARMERS MARKET WEEK and we have lots to celebrate with giveaways and prizes “Know Your Farmer” be getting to know them now as you may have a chance to win in a contest Market $$$

  • August 26- Fayetteville Roots Fest Chef Cook Off
    • Featuring local chefs from top NWA restaurants. It’s a culinary extravaganza.

September: Remember we are still here on the square and as the Hog Football season kicks off keep in mind we have everything you need for your tailgate (well almost). Wright’s BBQ has bulk products ready to take straight to the game, or plan ahead and buy local meats, cheese and produce for your cookout.

October: Fall is upon us and so is the FARMERS’ MARKET FALL HARVEST FESTIVAL come celebrate the changing of season with us OCTOBER 7th. We will have lots of activities which is currently in the planning but look for featured seasonal recipes and a chef competition.

  • October 21- Pumpkin Carving giveaway featuring local artists.
  • October 26- Final weekday market for the season

November: Although the season is changing and our final market on the square is November 18th be sure to check out our winter location starting December 1.

The market is year round and we move indoors for December to March. Check back for more details.
